Refund & Returns Policy
We are very proud of our products and take great care in hand making them to a high standard using quality ingredients, and we hope that you are happy with them, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your product from Fox & Figgy please do read our Refund and returns policy.
Our products are 100% handmade which means that slight variations can occur from candle to candle, this is considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. Due to the handmade nature of our products all sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be offered on the basis of scent or slight variation of the surface of the candle. Fox & Figgy is not responsible for any damages that may occur once you have taken possession of the product. Fox & Figgy will not replace, exchange or refund products that have been purchased from one of our retail stockists, for any issues please return to the original place of purchase.
All claims for damages must be reported to Fox & Figgy within 48 hours of receipt of the product, supporting evidence/photos are required for all damages and after a review of your request we will either issue a replacement or process a refund to your card.
